Clio HQ Redesign
Clio, 2021
In 2022, Clio unveiled its reimagined headquarters, the result of a year-long endeavour to redefine the office's role in Clio's forward-looking concept of work, known as "Distributed by Design." Functioning as vibrant collaboration hubs, Clio's offices now facilitate "onsite offsites" and seamlessly accommodate a flexible blend of in-office and remote work, tailored to each employee's needs.
This milestone coincided with Clio's rebranding, prompting the infusion of creative elements to highlight the essence of the brand. From the use of rounded mirrors within the newly crafted wellness studio to ‘mirror’ the signature branded shape patterns, to the selection of paint colours harmonizing with the brand's new palette, every detail was meticulously well thought out. Even the wayfinding signs underwent a revitalizing transformation.

A “delight and surprise” moment was including conversation starters in all of the buildings elevators, as seen featured in the New York Times. With numerous employees having joined the company during the COVID-19 period, the elevators' conversation starters play a pivotal role in forging connections. By fostering engaging exchanges, these whimsical prompts cultivate a sense of community and unity among the workforce.
