Clio, 2023
Work anniversaries in 2023 no longer look like a slab of cake in the office kitchen.
The design behind the Clioversary program, the annual celebration of an employee's impactful journey at Clio, seamlessly integrates brand design from physical to digital assets, creating a strong connection between employees and their workspaces in both in-person and virtual settings. The focus is on revitalizing the employee anniversary and milestones experience to boost engagement and strengthen the bond employees have with the Clio brand.
Central to the design is the Clio Flame, a wooden trophy symbolizing each employee's tenure and growth. Additionally, unique experiences are curated for each milestone year, highlighting defining moments in their Clio journey. At year 3, Clions receive the first of a series of customized Clio Chuck Taylors adorned with captivating illustrations representing their milestone journey. Digital assets including Slack emojis and animated social shareables are paired with the tangible assets, enhancing virtual celebrations and providing avenues for employees to proudly share their achievements on digital platforms.
